Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To be eligible for a return, a valid reason must be provided.

60-Day Results Guarantee (Select Products)
For select products marked on their product page, we offer a 60-day results guarantee. If you do not see results within 60 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a refund. Please note that this guarantee only applies to items where it is explicitly stated on the product page.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that show signs of wear or use
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items

 

Exchanges
